Employees with Autism in the workplace are an asset to the workplace, they just need some support.
Congratulations, you are a qualified counsellor! What next? There are many employment opportunities with your qualifications as well as self-employment. Moving into private practice may seem daunting therefore this course is designed to help you with the process. It will provide you with an opportunity to create a business plan; to understand all the legalities and requirements when you move into private practice, also it will give you an oversight of marketing and further opportunities whilst self-employed. The course will give an overview of how to manage your accounts, your diary, and other areas of private practice. Most importantly it will give you the chance to network with other newly qualified counsellors which can provide a support network when first starting out in this profession.
The course is delivered by Clare Beasley and Jayne Booth, both of whom have run successful practices in different areas of the country. They will provide you with insight and guidance on how to start your new business. The course is available for newly qualified counsellors or those who are considering moving into private practice.
