Counselling

Counselling and Psychotherapy is for people like me and you, for anyone who feels they are or have struggled, who might not feel themselves and can’t work out why. You might be feeling unconfident or suffering from work-related stress, having marriage issues or had a relationship end and can’t seem to move on, whatever the issue, Counselling can help.

If you are facing emotional and psychological distress and looking for counselling we are here to help. We support children, young people, adults, and their families through our online and phone counselling services.

We aim to provide a counselling service that suits most people, thanks to our amazing volunteers we can offer low-cost counselling at £20 a session, however, we also provide a personal package for counselling that suits your needs.

If you are unsure if counselling is for you or would like to have a chat to see if we can help you, we offer a free consultation to discuss your needs to see if we are the right choice for you.

We hope to help you develop your internal Supervisor, so you can achieve and become the therapist you want to be.
