Counselling

Counselling and Psychotherapy are for everyone — people just like you and me.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, not quite yourself, or struggling to make sense of things, you don’t have to face it alone. You might be experiencing low confidence, work-related stress, relationship difficulties, or the aftermath of a breakup — whatever you're going through, counselling can help.

If you’re dealing with emotional or psychological distress and considering counselling, we’re here to support you. We offer compassionate therapy to children, young people, adults, and families — either in our welcoming therapy rooms in Sleaford, Lincolnshire, or via secure online and telephone sessions.

Thanks to our dedicated volunteers, we’re able to provide affordable counselling at just £25 per session.

We also offer a free consultation to talk through your situation, explore how counselling might help, and see if we’re the right fit for you.

We hope to help you develop your internal Supervisor, so you can achieve and become the therapist you want to be.

We can offer regular supervision, meeting online to suit your needs whilst meeting the BACP Ethical guidelines of 1.5 hours a month at £75 or 1 hour at £50 for qualified counsellors. We offer reduced rates for trainee counsellors, please get in touch to find out more.

Group Supervision

Through our group supervision sessions, you will be surrounded by other counsellors, sharing ideas, experiences, tools and advice, learning from each other, enabling you to develop your practice.

Just like individual supervision, it is a safe space to explore all aspects of your practice, including, client work, ethical dilemmas, self-care, and personal and professional development.

Group Supervision is held monthly at £20, with 6 counsellors of all levels of experience and backgrounds, enabling you to gain a wide range of advice and knowledge.
