Courses

Our courses are designed to make this career change convenient, fitting around your current commitments, without compromising on the professional service we deliver.

As Counsellors who have been through this journey, we know how hard it can be, that is why here at CK, we don’t think of you as a “number” We are here to support you from the first stage of your Counselling training through to your final stage, in becoming either a professionally qualified Counsellor or Life Coach and beyond.

We cover Lincolnshire, Norfolk, and surrounding areas. However, our courses are convenient, part-time, and carried out remotely, meaning that no matter where you are, we are here for you. Our Counselling courses work within the BACP Ethical Framework, ensuring ethical and good practice, and are approved by the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body, CPCAB, ensuring you’ll receive the highest standard of training.

Our Life Coaching courses work within The Global Code of Ethics ensuring ethical and good practice, and are approved by the Association for Coaching (AC), ensuring you’ll receive the highest standard of training.

Services

As part of our commitment to provide everyone the opportunity to understand mental health, we do not just train great individuals to become qualified counsellors, we also provide high-quality services, for people like you.

Counselling: We provide a range of counselling services, that suit your needs, from affordable, £20 a session, with one of our amazing volunteers to £65 a session with one of our qualified counsellors.

Supervision- We provide supervision for either qualified or student counsellors. As Clinical Counselling Supervisors, we aim to provide professional regular supervision, making sure you meet the BACP good practice guidelines, through either our Group Supervision or Individual Supervision.

Placements- We are aware that it can be hard for you to find a placement that is supportive and there for you. If you are looking to gain your qualifying hours or more experience, get in contact and we will be happy to discuss this with you. In return, we can offer ongoing support, supervision and further training. We cover Lincolnshire and surrounding areas; however, we are a remote service, therefore, if you are outside of these areas, please still get in touch.

Continue Professional Development

As part of the ongoing learning of 30 hours per year, to meet the BACP Ethical Framework guidelines, we have created a range of CPD courses and events. These pull on our team's expertise and knowledge with the aim to provide high quality and informative up to date knowledge of a variety of subjects. Our CPD ranges from; working with Anxiety, peer supervision groups, research skills, trauma, neurodiversity and so much more.
